Founded in 2019 by coffee enthusiasts Sarah Chen and Marcus Rodriguez, Ember & Oak began as a quest to bring exceptional single-origin coffees directly from farm to Portland's coffee lovers.
We believe great coffee starts with relationships. That's why we travel to origin twice a year, working directly with farmers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Our small-batch roasting approach ensures every bag captures the unique terroir of its origin.
From our SE Division location, we've built a community around exceptional coffee, offering everything from expert pour-overs to educational roastery tours that connect coffee lovers with the incredible journey from seed to cup.
